Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VeraIndex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including employers and candidates. Use of VeraIndex is conditioned upon compliance with these Terms.

User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use VeraIndex. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet eligibility requirements.
Employers must be authorized to recruit or represent their company. Candidates must use true and accurate information.
Any use in violation of eligibility requirements may result in account suspension or termination.
Account & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your VeraIndex account and password. You agree to notify us promptly of any breach of security or unauthorized use.
You are liable for all activities conducted through your account. Do not share your credentials with others.
VeraIndex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in unauthorized activities.
User Conduct
Users agree not to: (1) violate any laws; (2) post false, misleading, or offensive content; (3) attempt unauthorized access; (4) harass, threaten, or harm others; or (5) use the service for unlawful purposes.
VeraIndex may investigate and take action against prohibited conduct, including account suspension or removal.
Respect the community standards and follow all platform guidelines.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on VeraIndex belong to VeraIndex or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, re-use, or modify site content without written permission.
You retain rights over your own content but grant VeraIndex a non-exclusive license to display and share it as part of the service.
Limitation of Liability
VeraIndex provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
VeraIndex is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
VeraIndex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and any associated information or content.
You may request account closure by contacting us.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
You waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in class actions.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
Any failure to enforce provisions does not constitute a waiver of rights.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without express consent from VeraIndex.
Additional Provisions
VeraIndex may link to third-party sites, which are not under our control and subject to separate terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may submit feedback or suggestions; we may use them without compensation to you.
